Lymph Flow

Have only used in once or twice so far. Like the light scent and that it does not feel oily. As I have not used it much so far, I have not noticed an effect yet. As it costs a lot with duty and shipping costs, I would like to use it more sparingly.

I notice an immediate decrease in inflammation when using this product with the gua sha. It has made my skin super silky too. It's also great to add a couple drops to bath water with some Epsom salts for a relaxing experience that decreases all over inflammation. So many great ways to use this 1 product. It's definitely a favorite in my skin care routine.

I have been using the gua sha tool and lymph body oil daily since I received it. I am following the directions that came with the product and can already notice a difference on the skin on my upper arms and upper legs. Can't wait until it's back in stock to buy for my friends.

I enjoy going through my every other nightly ritual. I have done dry brushing for the Lymph System but I like a night time application. I think it helps me stay asleep longer too.
My one dislike is the delivery system. The squirt cap delivers a messy way and a pump I think would work better. Hope to see that change in the near future.
