Damaged Deliveries

We take great care in packaging your products to avoid damaged deliveries. Lumvi will honor returns on such packages when notified within 5 days of delivery. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of the item.

 

Unopened Products

 Lumvi will accept returns on UNOPENED products for up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping). Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged with original tags. 

 

Return Authorizations

Prior to returning any items, a mandatory pre-authorization is required. To receive a return authorization number, please request one by emailing customerservice@lumviskincare.com

You will receive a Return Authorization number and a mailing address to use for the return. All shipments returned without a valid RA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Once the return is received, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase within 3-5 business days.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping.

 Final Sales

All sales of Gift Cards, e-Gift Certificates, and items marked as Sale are final. Items denoted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lumvi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Lumvi will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking number, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
