3-4 times per week.

Why 21 Days?

For decades, self-help enthusiasts have held onto the idea that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. It turns out that this number isn't exactly rooted in research. However, more recent behavioral science has found that it takes people anywhere from 18 to 254 days to automate a new behavior, or incorporate a new habit to the point where you don't have to think about it anymore.

So, while the 21-day model isn't as rooted in science as once thought, we're using it because it's not quite as overwhelming as 36 weeks. Plus there's evidence that you could adopt your new routine in as little as 18 days!
