A recent study out of Harvard confirms over 50% of beauty products in the US are contaminated with at least 1 harmful ingredient (like a heavy metal or toxin).

So we looked into this and did some of our own research… 

And what we discovered was heartbreaking.

#1 Since 2009, 595 cosmetic manufacturers have reported using 88 chemicals in more than 73,000 products that have been linked to cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm…

#2 And of more than 10,000 chemicals used in beauty products only 11 have ever been banned by the FDA (source).

Even brands that claim to be “clean and natural” have resorted to using impurities to cut costs with the rise of inflation. 

It’s so sad to see this happening to our industry!
